121 Residences in Petaling Jaya comprises two residential towers of serviced apartments and SoHo units. GLOMAC Bhd's earnings jumped 747.8% year-on-year (YoY) to RM12.1 million in the third quarter ended April 30, 2020 (3Q20), due to ongoing development phases and stronger performance by the property investment segment, complemented by overall administrative cost savings.
